4. Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve
While you’re in California, make sure to visit this beautiful state park located just north of Sonoma County. This beautiful 805-acre park has been protected since the 1870s to preserve its majestic redwood trees. The natural reserve is home to an array of wildlife and is perfect for a peaceful retreat.
